On occasion Daphne and Leland Boone carve delightful animals from upcycled glass. This particular specimen hosts painterly-like sections of blue, red and yellow colors in addition to relaxing air bubbles making for an energizing
Bear. Eyes are from red coral inlays. About 4 1/4" long, 3 1/8" wide and 3 1/8" tall. Leland descends from the noted Teddy Weahkee family of Zuni artists. His mother is Lena Boone and his grandmother was the late Edna Leki. His sister is carver Evalena Boone.
