Vital Vulture

A pronounced beak or bill allows Derrick Kaamasee's glorious vulture to tear apart a meal, usually a leftover carcass. Thanks to these incredible scavengers, planet earth is cleansed because they remove remains before decomposition sets in, ridding the environment of pathogens and toxins. Etched plumage is beautifully layered and a lovely collar ruff is fluffy. About 3" tall, 1 1/8" wide and 1" deep, wonderfully carved from apple coral and inlaid with bright blue turquoise eyes.
