Delvin Leekya's wonderful Eagle (or Hawk) rides the thermals as it soars higher and higher. It takes in all that can be seen from the farthest horizon to the smallest detail through turquoise inlaid eyes. Carved from a lovely cowry shell this graceful raptor is about 2" tall, 2" wide, and 1 3/4" deep. Delvin is the grandson of renowned carver Leekya Deyuse (d) and brother of carvers Freddie and Hayes Leekya.
