By Farlan & Paulette Quam

Animal: Bear, Material: Petoskey Stone
This offering is sold.

Carved from fossilized coral that was laid down during the Devonian period about 420 to 360 million years ago around Petoskey, Michigan, this turquoise-eyed Bear shows a sweet determination that time can not diminish. Petoskey stone looks like common limestone but under the lapidarian skills of Farlan and Paulette Quam, a beautiful pattern emerges. They've attached a scrumptious amethyst and carnelian bead offering bundle. About 3" long, 1" wide and 2" tall.
