"Bighorns At Red Rock" Reversible Ricolite Etching

By Peter Sohappy, New Mexican

This offering is sold.

A luscious slab of ricolite hosts a captivating and reversible etching by Peter Sohappy called "Bighorns At Red Rock". Residing in a happy place complete with pasture, a flowing river, a mountain, a rising sun and cloud landscape, are several bighorn sheep (ram or mountain sheep). The reverse side of this wonderful piece shows a Mountain-lion (cougar, panther or puma) quietly resting. A fabulous tassel is composed of a soft sueded leather, a ricolite cylindrical bead, plus a fresh water pearl and silver bead accent. About 4 1/2" long, 1/2" wide and 2 1/2" tall.
