This offering is sold.

The ancient Aztecs were a warrior society who revered Eagles because of their bravery, focus and power. An important part of Aztec traditions and spiritual beliefs, eagles were also woven into their art. Indigenous cultures honor them as living, sacred symbols of power. Eagles teach us our spiritual and physical journey in life must be in focus. Carved from leopard marble and inlaid with turquoise eyes, Burt Awelagte's bird is about 3" long, 7/8" wide and 1 1/4" tall. A portion of the proceeds from the sale of this eagle fetish will go to the Zuni Eagle Sanctuary.
