Glass Beaded Ornament

Skillfully beaded blue, black, turquoise and purple iridescent glass beads decorate a metal hoop ornament perhaps in a star design or even a traditional dreamcatcher style. Some Indigenous cultures view dreamcatchers as a protective symbol. Including the lovely double beaded strands that alternate in an attractive pattern, this one of a kind decoration measures approximately 11" long. The circular adornment is about 3 1/8" in diameter. Handmade by Zuni Pueblo artist Francis Bowannie.
