For the Zuni people, Mole
(K'yaluts'i) is the guardian of Mother Earth. In nature, mole's have poor eyesight, so they teach us to trust our other instincts to survive, as they live this way all the time. This underground dweller is carved from lively purple fluorite with turquoise inlaid eyes and accents, by Alexander Chavez. About 2" long, 1 1/2" wide and 3/4" tall.
