Corn-Maiden is carved from colorful orange spiny oyster shell. Soothing faces are from overlaid gold lip shell, etched and filled with jet paste. Their
corn bodies are incised and little sugilite cabochons are inlaid. Etched star elements adorn them. The center Maiden is about 1 1/2" long, while the others are roughly 1 1/4" long. The overall length of this collectible turquoise, fine heishe shell and red spiny oyster shell beaded necklace is coming in at about 28" long.
