This bear either wears some clever camouflage or has eaten so much honey that it's starting to take on traits of a bee. A generous specimen of bumblebee jasper makes for an excellent Bear by Brian Yatsattie, a collectible and prolific carver. Bumblebee jasper comes from the volcano Mount Papandayan in Indonesia. The yellow color of the stone comes from sulfur deposits which makes this carving smell faintly of matches. This friendly bear has turquoise inlaid eyes and measure bout 3 1/4" long, 1" wide, and 1 1/2" tall.
