Cool air currents flowing down from the mountains allow birds to hitch a pleasant ride. A satisfied Raven (or crow) has landed after riding the wind. In nature, both ravens and crows often rise on air currents only to swoop down toward Mother Earth then glide back upwards over and over. Kenric Laiwakete carved a bright corvid from Silverado jet inlaying expressive eyes and a heartline or breath path from turquoise. About 2 3/8" long, 1 1/4" wide and 2 1/4" tall.
