This Owl knows what is going on. Owls teach us that the willingness and courage to transform the unknown in ourselves into the known is a true source of wisdom. Robert Michael Weahkee carved this night raptor from shed antler. The eyes are inlaid turquoise with drilled centers that are filled with jet paste, the wing and feather details nicely carved. A beautiful offering necklace honors the spirit of the owl with heishe and a simple coral bead. This carving measures about 3" tall, 1 1/2" wide and 1 1/4" deep.
