Sweetly serious, Brian Yatsattie's Badger
knows what it wants. Carved from a handsome piece of motor agate, or Fordite, which is a fascinating and recycled material from hardened paint by way of automobile factories, this low to the ground creature is about 2 1/2" long, 1 1/8" wide and 5/8" tall. Determined eyes are inlaid of jet. Just the right amount of incising makes for classic badger markings.
