Daphne and Leland Boone's
Horse is like a kiss of sunshine carved from cheery calcite which is said to bring harmony and balance. A lightly etched forelock, mane and tail along with turquoise eyes are given to this approximately 2 3/4" long, 5/8" wide and 1 3/4" tall pony. Leland is from the Teddy Weahkee (d) family of Zuni carvers. His grandmother was Edna Leki (d), and his mother is Lena Boone.
