Maxx Laate's carvings are wonderfully detailed as seen in his amazing lion carved of precious green Kingman turquoise. This grand yet little lion has jet inlaid eyes and is about 1 1/4" long and almost 3/4" tall. This feline has a lush, thick mane, a long tail, clawed paws and an expressive face with incised whiskers.
