Organic materials sink down through bodies of water to the bottom sometimes called marine snow. David Chavez, Jr.'s bottom feeding fish with turquoise eyes has been carved from refreshing alabaster. Soft etching marks delineate fins. Thanks to deep sea bottom feeders, carbon dioxide is absorbed by eating this matter which allows greenhouse gas to be retained at the sea floor instead of being released back into the atmosphere. About 2 5/8" long, 1/2" wide and 1 3/4" tall.
