Moles tunnel beneath the ground, aerating the soil in the process. Cochiti Pueblo carver Salvador Romero hiked his homelands to find the perfect stone to carve this approximate 5" long, 2" wide and 2 3/4" tall mole offering bowl. The grey ashen areas are lovely, and so are the natural textures of this found stone. A hollowed out compartment is ideal for placing a cornmeal offering or as a small cubby to place a cherished item.
