A serene corn maiden is fashioned out of nice specimen of serpentine with turquoise, red coral and lapis additions. Frankie Poblano Chattin inlaid lapis eyes and a red coral mouth. Her shawl is incised with growing corn, a raincloud element and other pueblo-inspired designs. In the Zuni way, usually the corn maiden will be emerging from the corn. About 4 3/8" tall and 2 1/4" long.
